Weare association of GOLD dealers , willing and able to deliver the herein offered (Au) metal and we do hereby irrevocably offer the same AU metal under the following terms and conditions:
Commodity: GOLD Dust, Free of All Liens and Encumbrances
Fineness: Minimum 22 carat=916.7/1000
Quantity:350 kg with rollovers & extensions
Origin: Burkina Faso
Price: US$11000.00 per kg
Discount: US$1000.00 per kg commission; net US$10000.00 per kg paid to Seller
Commission: US$1000.00 per kg, including all rollovers and extensions, to be paid to broker. Commissions will be paid without delay or impediment simultaneously with payment to the Seller with each and every tranche.
Payment: Within 36-48 hours upon arrival and assay of GOLD dust at a mutually acceptable venue, SWIFT Wire Transfer as agreed by Buyer & Seller.
Delivery Terms: CIF Mutually acceptable venue, as agreed by Buyer & Seller.
In confirmation of the existence of the product before the buyer at the vault/Port or destination the Seller will provide the following documents:
Certificate of origin
Certificate of Ownership
Declaration averring that the product is free and clear and of non-criminal Origin, unencumbered and free of any liens, transferable and exportable.
NOTE WE CAN ALSO MAKE A TRIAL SHIPMENT OF 100 KG –IN THAT CASE YOU HAVE TO CONTACT OUR CHOICE SHIPING COMPANY WHERE THEY HAVE THE HEAD OFFICE AND NEGOTIATE WITH THEM THE SHIPMENT COST AND INFORM US TO TAKE THE CONSIGNMENT TO THEIR HOME OFFICE FOR THE ONWARD SHIPMENT TO YOU.
SECONDLY YOU HAVE TO ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ONE FAMILY REPRESENTATIVE WHO WILL COME TO WITHNESS THE ASSAY AND THE PAYMENT TO OUR CHOICE ACCOUNT IN THE AREA OF CHOICE OF REFIREY.PROCEDURE:

Buyer and Seller sign contract;
